Experience honest, effective chiropractic solutions for neck, back, and joint pain. Serving Oakland with over 17 years of trusted, patient-focused care. Schedule your visit today—walk-ins welcome.
You arrive during our open hours — Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. and 3 p.m.–6 p.m. There’s no appointment to keep, no online portal to wrestle with, and no week-long wait. You fill out a brief intake on a clipboard — typically four pages, about five minutes — and then I see you.
Your visit is similar to any first appointment with a chiropractor. We talk about what’s bothering you, I review your current health status, and I check how your spine moves and how you’re holding your body. If you’re in acute pain, we work to make you comfortable right away. X-rays are not required, and most walk-in patients are adjusted on the first visit.
The whole encounter usually runs 25–35 minutes from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.
Walk-ins are a good fit for:
If you’re outside our open hours (we’re closed Friday through Sunday), or your symptoms suggest something beyond chiropractic care — sudden severe pain, weakness or numbness in your limbs, loss of bowel or bladder function, signs of a head injury, or symptoms that could indicate a stroke — go to urgent care or call 911.
Most insurance is accepted, including Kaiser Plans (with Medicare Advantage), Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Medicare, AARP, Meritain, Health Net, Landmark Health, East Bay Hills Physicians, and Sutter East Bay. FSA and HSA cards work too.
If you don’t have insurance or you’d rather pay out of pocket, we accept cash and all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover. We don’t charge for no-shows, cancellations, late arrivals, or rescheduled appointments. There are no packages to buy. There is no “treatment plan” that locks you into a year of visits. You come when you need to come.
“I was in horrible neck pain and needed relief ASAP. I called, they said come in, and within a few minutes I was getting adjusted and feeling better. The relief was almost instant. I called a handful of others who were booked a week out and would not take a walk-in despite the pain I was in. I appreciated the fast service and that he didn’t try to sell me on coming back for repeat visits.”
